Amber Bolden
Amber Bolden is an experienced multi-media communication professional with expertise in health equity writing and advocacy. Her background includes partnership development, brand elevation, program development and coordination, and convening facilitation. A trained journalist and public policy professional, she has worked with clients of varying sizes, from individuals and community-based organizations to large statewide foundations. Her lived experience and dedication to community-based solutions ground her work.
She is deeply committed to advancing and implementing culturally conscious community-based solutions and restorative narrative development. Amber’s proven ability to manage projects and deliver results are among the many strengths she brings to Embolden Consulting. By focusing on the projects, she allows clients to concentrate on their work!

Terrisha "TK" Kearse
Terrisha “TK” Kearse is an award winning director and associate director for TV and film. Terrisha adapts her storytelling capabilities to create engaging educational and promotional pieces for diverse audiences.
Terrisha is a member of the Director's Guild of America and her work spans feature films, short films, music videos, television, and photography. Her first feature “10-20” (later renamed "Anger Has A Secret") won the 2009 HBO Award for Best Feature Film at the MVAAFF and was a finalist for the Best Feature Saatchi & Saatchi Award. “The Mia Countdown”, a short film she helmed, won the 2017 Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Real to Reel Local Award for Best Short. She has also directed commercial projects for major brands including Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Brand.

Derrick Johnson
Derrick Johnson, is a seasoned design and event planning professional. His list of Hollywood celebrity clientele is the result of his years of experience coupled with his talent and fresh visual aesthetic. He works in the homes of some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry and helps his clients keep their clutter to a minimum, entertain with ease, and add function and beauty to their décor. Derrick curates events with guests in mind, making sure they enter a space that is reflective of the brand and theme of the host. His expertise for creating festive well-designed spaces is a necessary component of making sure you celebrate your organization’s milestone moments in style. Derrick brings his many talents to the Embolden Consulting team to help clients take the pressure out of event planning so they can focus on their work!
